You can try Klarvu free for 7 days without providing any payment details. During your trial, you can track what AI says about your brand, compare competitors, and explore your results.

Here's what you need to know about the trial and what happens when it ends.

Your 7 days only begin when you click "Start tracking" and create your account. You won't use up any trial time while completing the initial setup.

What you'll see in the app during your trial

At the top of the app, you'll see a banner reading "Free trial · N days left", showing how many days remain.

The banner also lists your included AI platforms and provides a "Talk to us" link if you'd like to contact us.

During the final two days, the banner changes color to remind you that your trial is coming to an end.

Verify your email

If you haven't verified your email address yet, you'll see "Confirm your email to track your brand every day".

Use "Resend" if you haven't received the verification email.

What can you do during the trial?

You have access to the full Klarvu app and your results.

You can:

Add and remove prompts and change their settings.
Add and manage competitors.
Explore AI answers, mentions, and recommendations.
See which sources AI cites.
Work with Klarvu's analysis and recommendations.

A few limits apply:

Prompts: You can track up to 50 prompts. If you try to exceed the limit, Klarvu displays a message explaining the restriction.
Countries: The trial covers one market. Adding additional countries requires a subscription.
Languages: You can track one language during the trial. You'll see a message if you try to add another.
AI platforms: Perplexity and Claude appear as locked options labeled "Paid plans" or "included in paid plans".

When your 7 days are over

When your trial ends, the banner changes to "Free trial ended · Tracking paused", with an "Email us to continue" link.

The first time you open the app in a new session after your trial has ended, you'll also see a card titled "Your trial has ended", with the message:

"Your 7 days of data are still here. Tracking is paused."

You'll have two options: "Email us to continue" and "View your results".

Here's what that means:

Tracking stops. Klarvu no longer collects new AI answers.
Changes are paused. You can't edit prompts, competitors, or other settings while your trial is expired.
Your results stay available. You can still log in and view all previously collected answers, sources, and analysis.

If you started the setup without creating an account, your unfinished setup is saved for 7 days in the same browser and then deleted. This is also explained on the "Start your free trial" page.

Continue with a subscription

If you'd like to continue after your trial, email hello@klarvu.com or use "Email us to continue" or "Talk to us" in the app.

There's no purchase button in the app. Instead, we'll help you set up a subscription that fits the brands and markets you want to track.

You can also book a demo if you'd prefer to discuss the options together.

With a subscription, you can get:

All five AI platforms, including Perplexity and Claude.
Tracking across multiple countries and languages.
The ability to track more prompts.
A tracking frequency for each brand: daily, every three days, weekly, or manually.

Most brands are tracked daily, but the schedule can be adjusted.

Your results from the trial are still available in Klarvu when you're ready to continue.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card?

No. You can start and complete your free trial without providing any payment details.

Can I extend my trial?

Email hello@klarvu.com if you need more time, and we can discuss the options. Extensions aren't automatic or guaranteed.

What happens to my data when the trial ends?

Your results stay in Klarvu, and you can still view them.

Only tracking and the ability to change your setup are paused.

Why aren't my prompts running every night?

First, check whether you've verified your email address.

You need to click the link in your verification email before automatic tracking begins. If the email hasn't arrived, use "Resend" in the app.

Can I change my country or language?

You can change your country and language during setup. Use "Back" to return to an earlier step, up to step 8.

Once you've clicked "Start tracking", your market is fixed for the trial.
